Black Children Exploited in Life (& Death)
Waste of $20. The longest 57 minutes of my life. Jen and Sarah abused and exploited those poor children. Black children are not props. Like Devonte wants to hug a bongo player! The last 5 minutes was sickening. Filmmakers exploit these children even in death. Ugh. That song. Was. NOT NEEDED. Friends of Jen & Sarah should make like Ted Bundy’s brother in “Falling for a Killer”: he doesn’t defend his brother. Loyalty is an admirable trait, but defending child abusers is disgusting. Your empathy is misplaced. And you forget how talented children can be. Poor Devonte was WORKING his ASS off like a young Michael Jackson. This documentary was biased in favor of the two child abusers. Those women were monsters. If a child says they are being starved: BELIEVE CHILDREN. Honestly. To insinuate that supporters of black lives matter were giddy about “being right” about these two monsters is beyond gross. Sometimes monsters look like hippy dippy festival goers. Sometimes monsters force children to hug you. I did like the lawyer in TX, Dontay Davis, & Octavio. Donate $20 to charity instead. Support Black Lives Matter. Those Murdered children deserve better. They need to FIND Devonte’s body. Another documentary is badly needed. Not one which ends with a montage of dead black children forcing themselves to look happy so they can eat while underscored by a la Mayonessa choir. It’s recycled exploitation. Instead of watching this go to YouTube & watch “No Hart: The Tragic Story of the Hart Kids” by Jon Crymes. Jon does an eye opening in-depth exploration of what happened. He explains how there exists no CPS system for tracking child abuse between regions or states. Crymes also includes racist photos Jen & Sarah took of their malnourished teenage children that were not included in this trash documentary. Save your money.
