I suffer from Tinnitus & after reading all of the positive reviews about how other people who have Tinnitus were able to enjoy going to concerts again (or other loud events) with these earplugs, I was sold! I couldn't wait to try these out so I could return to have some normalcy in my life. However, once I received & tried them out, I quickly realized that it is a complete scam. I don't know what size my ear canals are, so I opted to get the large & small sizes together. The large size was too big and didn't fit, while the small size kept popping out of my ear because the silicone is way too slippery and causes them not to stay put. However, before it popped out, I was unable to hear anything while it was in place. That's right, no sound at all! I'm really glad that I brought regular foam earplugs to the concert I just went to, because they actually reduced noise by 32 decibels (actually blocked the sound)! If you visit the Eargasm site, you'll notice that there is no content whatsoever on how to use the earplugs successfully. The only instructions available are for how to remove/insert the filter into the earplug and use the connector cord. That may come off as sounding persnickety or fussing over details, but when you can't provide details for users on how to use a product correctly, then you are doing it wrong as a business. Especially for one that has a ton of complaints about how their product doesn't hold up or work like they claim it to do. In summary, don't get scammed by these high-fidelity earplugs. They are a total rip off & don't work! Plus, I'm now past the 30-day return window, so I won't be able to get my money back! So thank you Eargasm, for getting my hopes up and then crushing them with your fraudulent earplug scam. What a bunch of BS!!!!!
