We have purchased 5 other of these over the last 5 years as each new grandchild arrives and all were wonderful craftsmanship. The frames have always been of superior quality and with the newest one we purchased in October of 2016 the quality of the workmanship and product has significantly declined and been cheapened. Our prior purchase was April of 2016 and that was still the high-quality product we had come to expect. The pads that cushioned the product against the wall are gone and the entire product is now cheap hollow plastic instead of the dependable solid frame. A genuinely reduced quality product from the 5 others we have purchased prior to October 2016 and loved.
