I am a young, healthy female with zero health problems/ and or unhealthy history. After the first and last time of using this product I was on my knees in pain. Buyer beware, this product does the opposite of that it claims. While I understand all bodies respond and to supplements differently - you still don’t really know what you’re getting. Even if I just got a “bad batch”....I will never use this product or anything like it again. It did the exact opposite of what it said it did and I almost ended up at the ER due the pain I experienced. Please be careful before consuming, no one should have to go through what I did.
