I bought these headphones for running and strength training and am very dissappointed. They are a huge distraction during both activities. For running: They constantly come unseated from the ear canal, only hanging on by the loop that goes over the top of the ear. Also, the free cord that connects each ear piece is very annoying as it flops around on your shoulders. I tried using the tie pieces but they slide down after a few steps due to sweat and their purpose is defeated. For lifting: The free cord is a major issue with head turning. It will drag on the back of your neck with head movement and constantly tug on each ear piece. This has me constantly readjusting how they sit in my ear canal. I'm skeptical that any of these reviewers have actually exercised in these headphones....
