I am extremely disappointed. I was so excited to get this printer and so when I got it i wanted to print out a photo. Well not a single photo would print. Every time i tried to print a photo i would get an error message saying to replace the cartridge. It came with a brand new cartridge installed. I tried replacing it anyway with the extra cartridges I had bought for it. Two other brand new cartridges gave the same error message. I tried resetting the printer, tried reinstalling the app, tried the cartridges again and nothing. Just the same error message. I am sending it back, if i decide to try again i may update my rating but I am very much on the fence now.
