This is another case of the incredible shrinking product. I get this Cottonelle auto-delivered each month, and this month the difference was obvious. The rolls are now narrower than they were before. The t.p. itself is still the thick, comfortable product that it was before, but now there is less of it for the same price. You can see the difference in the photos. When I looked at the two rolls from the bottom, with the older, bigger roll on the left, it looks like the tissue isn't rolled as tightly on the shorter one, although there could be other explanations for that. If they thought we wouldn't notice, I'm sure we'd be wiping our butts with rolls the size of postage stamps.
