★☆☆☆☆
Pity Party Pouting, But at least he blames everybody else for his actions.
What a tiresome piece of drivel this book was to read. Justifications, blame for others when the author should have taken the blame himself and such self pity cloaked as enlightenment. I came away feeling pity for such a clueless individual and embarrassed that he still does not 'get it'. His journey was only his head, he learned nothing from his experience other than it was someone elses fault. Should you read this? If you have a very high pity party threshold, sure, why not? If you have a low tolerance, skip it.
