After I tried one on, I looked at the package to make sure I hadn't ordered a child-size masks. I (female) have a very narrow face. The ear loops are so short they pull my ears forward and the loops slip off easily. The mask seems small on my face, too - it doesn't maintain the v-shape of the vertical seam. It's sort of flattened from being stretched. I wore one to the crowded grocery store and my ears hurt by the time I was done shopping. I'm traveling soon, so I will deal with the short ear loops, but no one else in my family can wear these. I'm not sure how these are 'one size fits most'.
