I was excited to see this product advertised and their little video on Facebook is very compelling... Unfortunately, it is highly untrue, in my case. Especially the sharpening of the credit card in a few swipes and cutting a tomato with the credit card. Did it, does not work no matter how long you sharpen the credit card. As to knives... It doesn't do a bad job, but it also doesn't do a good job. It is easy and it does an ok job on knives. I also lament the fact that I ordered, and paid extra for the upgraded model, but received the standard model. The fact is, it isn't worth me fussing with the company to send this one back and get the right one that I paid extra for. In theory, this could work really well, but in reality, this model doesn't. If your knives aren't particularly expensive, and you want AN edge, which doesn't have to be AS sharp as they depict, it is fine for that. UPDATE: The company contacted me, refunded my money. That was impressive seeing as I didn’t ask for it back.
