I have a few Gotham Steel pans and like them, but this is not a good product. I have used it twice, and twice I have ended up with burned bacon on the outside and raw in the middle. The slots are too short so the bacon slices flops over each other and heat does not circulate like it should. The bacon in these pictures is Oscar Meyer lower sodium bacon, so it wasn't like I used some specialty bacon. It was regular grocery store bacon.
