So what I liked about this bottle was that it was cute and held a lot of water and it kept it cold, I also like that it had a handle and a carrying strap and I could put like my work ID in there and at that point that’s pretty much where what I like about the bottle stops. I had this bottle for like three or four weeks and then I went to flip up the straw to drink my water and I got a bunch of air and I dismantled it and as you can see in the picture of the silicone actually ripped connecting the straw to the actual like nipple part of the contraption and so I was like OK no big deal maybe I pinched it somehow or I got in the wrong spot whatever I’ll just order a new one because *surely this company would have the straw that they have on their product available for purchase* - PLOT TWIST: they do not. 👿 And I only found that out *after* I purchased the only straw that they do offer only to find out it does not fit into the lid that originally came with my bottle. So just a sum up 1) they don’t sell extra replacement lids for a bottle that they sell and 2) they don’t sell the replacement straw that came with the bottle that they sell. I really like this bottle and I really wanted it to work out so if some representative from H2O capsule wants to message me or tell me how to get a new lid or a replacement straw (that will actually fit my lid) I’ll be all ears, but if you have yet to purchase this bottle maybe go look for one that actually has all the replacement parts that you could possibly need.
