I just recently purchased these and used them twice over the weekend preparing food for my sons birthday party. The chocolate swirls that I made on them turned out fine. However, the 2nd experience was nowhere near the same. I decided to bake the rolls for the party on these mats. They baked fine, however, when seated at the table I noticed an odd odor. The source of the odor was the rolls. Not only did they smell of chemical, they also tasted like it! The baking sheets had the same odor to them upon further investigation. These were cleaned prior to both uses. Would definitely not recommend unless you too would like a ruined birthday meal! On the upside, the rolls did not stick to the mat.
