ordered and paid for a new kindle fire HD 8.9 on 12/10/2012, received it on 12/18/2012; excited at beginning, but disappointed after seeing a previous owner's ID after powering it up. doubt about the reason why it's being returned....Well, if it works...but instead,this piece of junk reboot itself many times when I am on internet. it disrupting....It does this every day till it frozen and quit today whit power on. I am putting my figure on power switch for long time, it has no response whatsoever....same frozen page and I can do nothing. Called Amazon, went through 3 representative and 30 minutes on the phone, why.... Be very careful, amazon can sell an used product but charge consumer a brand new price without disclosure.
