Be sure to check your sugars when using this. Product had great reviews so I figured why not? Checked sugars closely as fasting was creeping up. After five days fasting went from 131 to 282! And, sugars stayed consistently high, as much as 363. I rarely get sugar readings that high. Decided to stop using the supplement and within one day my fasting was 115. We all have such different chemistries. Something in this product definitely did not agree with me.
