The pillow is way too tall, please see the picture below. It is an amazing close to 8-inches tall in center. Good luck if you can use it. I tried to sleep on it, couldn't sleep well. Please keep in mind, I normally sleep very well, always fall asleep in a couple minutes and sleep through the whole nigh till the morning. With this one, however, I kept wakening up, neck hurt because it is tall. Eventually I had to get up around 4 am to switch to my old pillow. I included a picture, hopefully nobody makes the same wrong purchase as I did. Also, even though it is 100% cotton outside, but it is too crispy and gives that plastic feeling. This is a minor problem for me and not a deal killer. Firm-wise, it is exactly like the description. Unless some reviewers complaint it being too firm or soft. It is correct in regard to its firm.
