I haven’t even been able to enjoy this item yet. I plugged it in out of the box so excited….only to be disappointed with the fact that this Echo Show with a “HD screen” will not “go to Zoom”!!! Are you kidding me?? Nowhere in the description did I see that my brand new beautiful Echo Show 15 does not have the ability to go to Zoom like my Echo Show 10 does! I have zoom meeting almost every day. I wrongly assumed that my new item Echo Show 15 would have the same capability! Why??? Is this something that will be updated later? I wish I knew this ahead of time. Please Amazon - please tell me this will be included in the near future. If NOT - please let us know cause I don’t know if I want to keep one that doesn’t allow me to attend my Zoom Meetings - that is very important to me. Please reply to this review to let me know. I would love to change my review but can’t get past the inability to attend my Zoom meetings on this gorgeous Echo Show 15. Update - 1/13/22. Amazon has reached out by email, but we have not yet connected - keep missing each other. I really just want to know the answer to my question. Hopefully Amazon can reply with an answer. I will also put it as question. Will there be a day when I can “..go to Zoom” on my Echo Show 15? At this point, have not used it as I use my 8 and 10 Shows daily for Zooming. I’m hoping to someday feel using the Echo Show 15 is something I will enjoy.
