I bought this radio specifically for FM radio, I cannot for the life of my figure out how to get it to work. Antenna is plugged in, when I hit the mode button, it doesn't ever toggle to FM. I started a support ticket with Pyle 12 days ago, still have not heard anything. Looks like I'm just out the money at this point. UPDATE: Heard back from Pyle eventually. They will repair it under warranty, but I have to pay shipping both way which is going to be 33% of cost of the original product. Should have spent more money upfront and purchased a quality product. 6/30/18 Update: Round trip shipping for my warranty claim is $35 on a $69 stereo. I should have just thrown this away. 7/12/18 - Update: Turns out return shipping is even more than is posted on the Pyle website. Over $40 shipping on a $69 stereo. Very frustrating. Based on the customer service, shipping and product quality, I will never be buying a Pyle product again.
