Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I really did not want to be disapointed.... I wanted this to work! First, I always read reviews prior to purchasing, but it was hard to gather customer reviews because they were jumbled in with many other product reviews that the seller....essentially sells. The few that I did read were fairly decent so I decided to give it a shot. The cooling fan came well packaged, but was missing the ice cube tray. I was able to work around that, but still...when you pay for a product, you want all parts, not just a few. I set up the air cooler in a small room that always is a tad bit warmer than the others. At first, the air coming out of the fan was cool-ish, but I was expecting a bit more since the water I used was cold and it had ice cubes inside. Unfortunately, the air was not cold, I cannot even say it was cool. It actually made the area quite sticky feeling....and no, it was not on mist. The on button did not work well. The air cooler took many times of pushing to button to get it to turn on. Eventually when it would turn on, shortly after the it would just shut down after about 1 hour even though I had the timer set for 2 hours. I will say that other than that, the product is easy to use. Ugh! I wanted this to work, but I cannot justify keeping this. I do appreciate the expeditious shipping and that it was nicely packaged. I cannot say it was easy to use because the on button did not want to work.
