Great then awful....we purchased this particular bed after staying at a vacation house that had the most comfortable bed we had ever enjoyed. We stayed for 4 weeks so we had a decent "test drive" We wrote down all the information from the mattress paperwork the owner had stored under the mattress and ordered the same model etc. The bed arrived on time and we were very pleased for the 1st 4-5 months....then the decline began. The bed has no visible sag (important when reading the useless warranty). The bed looks the same as day one. The firmness/support are gone, you slowly sink in over the course of the evening and awake with back or shoulder pain depending on your position. I am 6' 198lbs and my wife is 5'9" and 130lbs, so we are not overly large/heavy people that would accelerate the compression of the bedding. The warranty requires shipping the bed to the manufacturer for inspection (these mattress' come vacuum packed so good luck repacking & shipping it) and to pay for shipping both ways, easily 50% of the cost of the mattress in the 1st place. The warranty states a sag must be 1.5 inches and visible. The bed is now a bit over a year old and is being replaced. I contacted the manufacturer to no avail. I strongly recommend against getting this mattress, even if this was a fluke bad unit the customer support is a joke as well as the warranty. Purchase at your own risk.
