Bought this for my husband for Christmas as he is always getting up to heat his coffee. Unfortunately we could never get it to pair with our Bluetooth. We followed all the online troubleshooting steps (and we are both in IT so technology is our job). We also wrote to the support team as listed on the website. They never responded. I can understand a product failing and have no issue with that but non existent customer support makes the product worthless
