Nothing but issues
I've had nothing but issues with this all in one. Love the idea of the ecotanks, so I'm disappointed this didn't work out. The first 3760 I got started having a gap between the lid and the glass; hard to explain except it was caddywompus, like the hinges holding it in place got warped. I called epson, they agreed it was defective and sent me a replacement - refurbished was my only option. At that point I was tired of dealing with this so I didn't fight it and accepted it. Got the new one all set up and now it is jamming up on me intermittently. I decided that I was done with this hassle and wanted to return it. I started an online chat - he had me try to scan twice, and it worked the second time, so he said it was fixed and there was nothing he could do. I told him this was unacceptable, the intermittent success means I still want to return it. He said I had to call customer support. So I call customer support, very clear from the get go that I do not want to trouble shoot, I want to return it. A half hour later, escalated up to a manager, they said "We don't recommend using the scanner for any pages that have any creases, this ADF isn't set up for that." But since it works - sometimes - to scan unused blank pieces of paper, they won't consider it defective and won't return it. I've wasted hours that I don't have in trying to get these printers to work. I've had other printer/scanners that can handle scanning mail/creased pages without jamming up. This is unacceptable to me. TLDR; might work for you if you are only copying/scanning perfectly straight and uniform sheets of paper, or have hours of your life you can dedicate to scanning individual pages one at a time.
