I received this pan set yesterday. Super excited thinking that these would replace my swiss diamond pans. I used the smaller pan this morning for an egg white omelet. I cooked the eggs on low heat, and the end result was horrid. The eggs were chisseled to the pan, completely NOT non stick. Maybe these missed a step in the process and they were defective, but i would not recommend these to anyone!!!!!! I took a photo because i was in such disbelief. Also, i think this is my first product review on amazon, after 1,000's of purchases. These pans are that bad.
