This is the worst purchased I have ever done. I m one of the old customer with amazon.Always satisfy with purchase. This is regarding of the bed which I bought on November2016. One day the most terrible thing happened which I discover bed bugs from the bed so i start to make appointment with bed bugs removal service. Me and my pregnant wife litterlly spent a week outside while they clean the house for twice with chemical. Still there is bed bugs appearing from the bed. That was a night mare. I just can't deal with it. Please how can I contact the customer service to refund. I m requesting to take the bed as soon as possible. There is picture attached down below
