I liked the overall design however,the clips that hold the viewing window are razor sharp which resulted in a deep cut on my finger when washing for the first time.I returned the 1st & exchanged for the same grill hoping it was a quality control issue. It was not as the exchanged grill had the same issue, razor sharp clips. I had contacted Hamilton Beach & explained the problem and unfortunately they did not seemed at all concerned. offered to replace it but shipping would be at my cost. I ended up exchanging it with Amazon prime which was so easy. (Thank you Amazon) but as I said the next one has the same problem so am returning that one too. So buyer beware of the one with viewing window so you will not end up with cut fingers. I am going to try the one without the viewing window because I like the overall design but Hamilton Beach should really warn their customers that the cover has very sharp clips, so be extra careful when washing it. Amazon has been fantastic.
