Salmon was not scaled. Salmon was portioned and vacuum sealed with scales left on. Scaling a fish is step 2 in prepping a fish, right after removing the fins. Having left the fish this way undercuts the purpose of buying pre-prepped fish portions. I will not buy this again, nor recommend it to anyone.
