Applied as instructed in October 2020, removed as instructed in March 2021. The application process was easy because, well, it's just a matter of cutting the right length and applying the tape, but the removal process was a nightmare. The tape itself stretches and tears easier than plastic wrap, and it leaves behind a copious amount of adhesive residue. Cleaning the residue off a single window frame using Goo-Gone took 10 solid minutes and required a good deal of elbow grease. "The XFasten Weather Sealing Tape is surface-safe and will not leave a residue nor lift the paint off from your windows upon removal." This is a lie. The entire length of the tape left significant residue, and the stuff I applied to painted frames peeled the paint clean off. If you don't care about the residue and intend to leave this tape up year-round in a garage/shed/etc., then maybe it's worth a purchase. In terms of weather-sealing it seemed to work well enough, but I will never be purchasing this product again based on the blatant false-advertising and the fact that it is so astoundingly frustrating to remove cleanly.
