False advertising....complete scam!
Complete waste of money. Casing fell apart when my son unplugged the power cord from his Bluetooth headphones that were one month old. This protection plan closed the case because it didn't cover accidental damage. Complete false advertising! I can't believe Amazon has this in their store....so irritated.
