We have been using this cream since my daughter was born years ago. It worked great on her. But she started to complain burning last year whenever we put it on her. We didn't believe her at first because she was always difficult with lotion and soap. When she screamed in tears for 10 minutes, we started to suspect she somehow had developed allergy to the lotion. We washed the cream off her hands and put Kiss my face honey calendula on her instead. She stopped crying immediately. It never occurred to us that the cream was the culprit. Our another child continued using it until we saw blisters popping out in front of our eyes after one application. After reading reviews, we now know the cream has been reformulated. I can't believe we have been harming our kids for so long just because of our blind trust of California Baby
