It pains me greatly to write this review. This was my 4 yr old son's favorite toy for 9 months. He played with it all the time and learned so much! Then one day it stopped working. The toy is supposed to have a 1 year warranty. I call the customer service line and got an automated message saying "due to technical difficulties they are not able to answer the phone". Then I submitted a message on their website and they responded providing me with an email address for customer service. I have emailed customer service 4 times requesting assistance and support and no one has responded. I called the sales number to see if they could transfer me or provide me assistance and I got the same automated message saying "due to technical difficulties they are not able to take sales calls". However, this time I could leave a message. I left a message and still no one has responded. I feel sick knowing I have recommended this toy to many other families that have purchased it and they will now be left high and dry like we were.
