Im not sure why my experience is so bad compared to everyone elses, but didnt work. Out of the box, i could see it was tested, but had a very weak arc. I reached out to the manufacturer, after some testing they decided to send me a new one. Same issue. I decided to open it and have a look at the grounds as that seemed to be the issue. Very weak grounding wire(I dont recommend anyone open this up without electrical experince). The screw that mounted the wire to the frame was lose. I sanded the paint off, re-threaded the whole for a larger and more course thread screw and then it worked. After about 30 minutes of use, over a week or so, it failed to work again. So i moved the ground wire to a new location on the frame. It worked. Made a few cuts, put it away for about another week, doesnt work. Cant find a good ground anymore. It just sits on the shelf as a waste of money at this point. While it did work, it cut great. But a horrible build. After the second unit failed, i didnt even bother to contact the manufacturer to fix or replace the unit. Im not telling anyone to buy or dont buy, just sharing my experince.
