Let me start by saying. I am single. My whole house is tile floors. This is my first dyson vacuum and my first “high end” vacuum. At least high end for me. I’ve had the vacuum for 1 month. Used it several times. The issue is it runs for bout 8 mins on high and shuts off due to “overheating” or some other issue. Filter is not clogged. 8 mins. What are u suppose to do. Vacuum for 8 mins, give it a break to cool down. What should take me 20 mins to vacuum my whole house turns into an hour long ordeal. Expected a lot more from Dyson product. Normally don’t post reviews but felt obligated to inform of the disappointment and issue. For the price u pay, I would have expected a better product. Oh well. I learned my lesson. Just thought I would share. Maybe I can save someone the headache. Also other than the deal breaker problem the suction is great.
