The app never worked on my phone. I tried it on my iPad and it still never connected to the camera. I contacted the company numerous times and every response was the same one line "we're sorry we're really busy but we'll get to you soon," I eventually gave up and returned it because I was so angry at the huge waste of money. I was really sad about this not working. It looked nice and is a great idea but just didn't work at all. On a whim I bought a petcube bite camera and it is a million times better than the furbo! I had it up and running in 5 minutes and my dogs LOVE it.
