We'd had a bugzooka for a few years and it worked great. A life saver for this arachnophobe. Then the little trap doors finally broke, which is normal after a few years of use. I immediately went on Amazon to order another and received it promptly. To my surprise and GREAT disappointment, they changed the design and it no longer works. Now the flap doors are rubber and they don't close completely, plus they fold in both directions (inward and outward), so the bugs CAN COME OUT! I've had to wrap a plastic bag with a rubber band around it to keep the bugs in. And if I have to use it again before my husband takes the live bugs outside, I'm terrified they will escape when I take the plastic bag off. So, so, SO disappointed. I miss my old BugZooka. This one is crap, and if I hadn't thrown out the box I would have returned it immediately after trying to use it. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!
