Here is the deal. I bought a pair of these for my daughter. She's had them for months, no issues. No issues with the charge box or anything. So I bought myself a pair a month or so after her..... first of all, its not even the same earbuds. Purchased a month a part and even the charge box is different. Mine won't stay connected, they cut out CONSTANTLY even of I'm right next to my phone. Now fast forward to a few months in and after using it a grand total of maybe 4 times....the charge box no longer works. It just does nothing. The set my daughter has are still going strong and she uses them all day every day. I'm putting a bad review on both purchases so maybe the company will actually reply to my request for an exchange AT LEAST.
