First off, the packing from Amazon was a joke. Oversized box with one piece of tissue paper in it for a padding. Not their fault but still it was worth mentioning. second, there was supposed to be padding inside the computer itself in order to hold the components in place. It was not there. I had read how well iBuyPower had packaged their products. Not mine. The back part of the motherboard was bent inside. Luckily I was able to bend it back. The case itself is nothing to brag about. I went to add my old hard drive and the case does not even have rails that most new cases have for the hard drives. The cable management was non-existent. All of it was just shoved behind the outer case cover. Also, don't expect a remote control to run the lighting it is software-only. I should have looked closer at the processor. This is a non unlocked CPU. It is a reasonably priced computer but if you are expecting a little more you need to spend more. As far as the use of the computer, there is no bloatware and it seems to be running just fine. Lastly, the sticker they put on the glass to warn you that it is tempered is very difficult to get off they should have put it on the plastic wrap.
