First, I think it's important for me to give a little background about my hair. Five years ago I went no-poo. Since detoxing my hair I have used nothing but 100% natural products on my hair. I have also studied ingredients at length. Recently, this company changed their ingredients. They lie and hide behind a "new label style that can be confusing." I spoke with them regarding the changes that made and finally they admitted to adding only one new ingredient. Again, a lie. The first time I used this new product I could feel it stripping my hair. I used it two more times to be sure. Now, my hair is trying to re-balance itself. It is important to know that when you use a shampoo with a detergent it strips your hair of the natural oils it makes for your hair. Therefore, your head makes more to try to make up for this. Making your hair more oily than usual. Even more so when it has gotten used to this not being the process. (My hair right now :'( ) I think it is important for people to know that this product is not all natural, the ingredients have changed and the people who run this company are morally bankrupt. I'm saddened by the fact that this has changed and that the company has chosen to flat out lie to it's consumer base.
