While I am pleased with this companies customer service, it is truly exceptional, I am very disappointed with the product. It is more expensive than comparable products based on the *4* stage filter. It is simp!y different only because they add one extra micro mesh filter. That is the only difference and is NOT worth the extra expense. Additionally the fit of the filter inside the carafe is loose and does NOT properly filter the grounds out. Spend your money on a BODUM brand!!!!!!! I've tossed this and bought a Bodum. More money but GREAT coffee!!!!!
