My title says it plain and simple, if you do not look like you have the body structure of someone in the picture, this is not the product for you. If you are slightly above weight as compared to the pictured people this will not work for you. I'm 6'2 250lbs and the only time this worked was when I looked straight...and even then it would only blow on like my jawbone. I do no recommend this product of you have a thick neck, or are over 150lbs.
