It is dyed
It is certainly not black salt . When you put under water it turns into transparent crystal . I bought the product to garnish my pot de crème and it just destroyed all the look. How am I going to present this to my clients? It destroyed the whole batch. I am really annoyed with this thing. DO NOT BUY IT
