Got all excited with awesome cups of espresso first morning. Emptied used grounds second morning and setup for cappuccinos. Noticed a stream of coffee coming down the front of machine when shot was being poured. Tried another, same thing. Called Gaggia tech support, video of concern, and they said they would send me a part. I said, “on a 2-day old machine”! Sending back to Amazon.
