One of the chairs broke while my 4 yr old daughter was sitting on it. It fell on carpet and the back split apart. I was eligible to replacement the item till November, so I contacted Delta. Twice they stopped responding and I had to follow up. They asked me for photographs of my child‘s body and her personal medical records. I don’t know why because she was hurt and the chair fell apart like cardboard, but I told them she wasn’t seriously hurt and it was inappropriate to ask for a minors medical records and photographs. Then once again no response but they sent me a survey on how they resolved the issue, well they didn’t! No response no replacement. I had to go back to amazon and report this whole mess. Amazon cannot replace one chair, I’d have to mail back the entire table set. They did give me a credit on a portion on the set and apologized on behalf of Delta.
