Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I'm surprised this pill cutter gets so many good reviews. I have an old (15+ years?) pill cutter that has had a lot of use and is beginning to crumble tablets along the cut. I decided it was getting dull so I decided to replace it with this one. Even old and dull it's still substantially better than this one. I've used several pill cutters over the years and they all seem to create some pill dust, but this one is the worst cutter I've ever used. As you can see from my pictures, it crumbles a lot -- more than any other cutter I've had. It doesn't cut the pills in half -- the two pieces (I can't call them halves) are substantially different. Also, it doesn't cut all the way through the tablet. If you look at the review stats you see that a third of reviews rate it 3 stars or less. This is a poor rating for a product on Amazon.
