We have been cooking on round pizza stones for 15 years now at our house- so we are well aware of how to use it. We bought two of these products just for a change from the round stone. From the first day, the pizza burned on there terribly. My husband scrapped it off and decided to chalk it up to first time usage, next time will be better. Well, we used it again, and same thing- completely burned an the pizza stuck to the stone. Yes, we used corn meal on the bottom. I have pictures to show the damage, but needless to say, we are very disappointed in this product and have gone back to the round stone-- (to date we have not had any issues with our round stone)
