Arrived defective and tried to work with seller to avoid a bad review. That turned into a bad review of the seller AND the product. I purchased this unit with my own money. The AC power comes out of this unit at 109 Volts AC. After a few seconds, the power drops to around 55 VAC, and then recovers back to 109 VAC. It won't charge my laptop because of this, and causes the screen to darken and brighten over and over again. Unusable. The sellers note in the box says to contact them to resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback. I sent an email and received a reply from someone named Sean about needing my order number, which was obviously auto populated in the subject line since I used the purchased link to contact the seller. Nice. You had one job... I replied to simply look at the subject line, and have not received any communication as of this moment. Any public attempt by the seller at resolving this now is simply damage control. Don't make my mistake.
