Like most of you I was hoping for this 10" Roller to work on my upper back, between my shoulders, But nothing. It just makes your back and shoulders hurt. Kinda like its bruising your back. I felt worse after using it. To me it seems like a 10" piece of PVC pipe with a 1/2" foam pad glued to it. Oh Wait, THAT'S WHAT IT IS..!!! LOL I think a clever person could go to the "Home" Store and come back with something just like this for under $20 and maybe add thicker foam to make it better. Just my 2 cents..:)
