I have never been a fan of the author. He himself once said he was a poor writer but a great businessman. Even so, since I myself think most of the world is fake, I pre-ordered the book. It arrived today. I read the first 141pages, then gave up. He says the sames things over and over and over again! This book can't have had an independent editor, can it? There maybe some good nuggets in here somewhere, but not in the first 141 ages!
