Knob sheared off after 10th use. Poor quality. Very disappointing! I had to use a set of vice grips to open cans. I ordered the Amazon Basics brand and it can’t get here fast enough. My wife is having a fit because this KitchenAid one is junk and because we have to use Vice grips on a can opener until the new one gets here—her parents are visiting and it looks bad and her dad (my father-in-law) is complaining relentlessly about this stupid can opener.
