not genuine
I realized that this is NOT a genuine Mitchell product as the ones I purchased in the salon. Don't be fooled by the cheaper price! The shampoo on my scalp felt different and the after effects were definitely poor. Also the shampoo was watered down!!! It was obvious that the shampoo was mixed with water!!!! I was very upset that Amazon can allow business to sell brand name items that are not genuine.
