Unfortunately with almost 25% of the reviews being a one star I chose not to listen. I bought and installed this hose well before winter to make sure all would be good for a long Midwestern winter. I have now skirted my camper and am all snuggled in, on the third night below 20 degrees F (not -20, but just 20) the hose froze solid as a rock. Needless to say I did not have water for a morning shower and although I contemplated brushing my teeth in the dogs water bowl, I resisted. Then I find out the return window has closed and but Amazon is authorized to accept defective product returns. Great!, oh wait now there is a restocking fee of 20% and the price has now gone up almost 15%, so a replacement will cost me 35% more than the original hose. What?????? Okay, take the hose back, give me a refund of whatever I can get and I will order heat cable and make my own for half the cost of this "thing". My original RV hose, 25ft heat cable and foam insulation wrap, total invested <$50, not having to deal with this again priceless... Drop the mic...
